This is a private event sponsored by The Browning Club. We will be discussing my third novel, THE FEATHERED BONE, and the lessons I learned from researching human trafficking.
Founded in 1895 in Oxford, Mississippi and federated in 1898, the Browning Club is a club for women to expand their knowledge of literature and culture, including music and the arts. The club is a social organization, but through fundraisers, donations to both local and world organizations and causes, and petitions they have become involved in community and political affairs.
The New Albany Garden Club is hosting An Evening in the Faulkner Garden. I'm posting this not as an official author event, but I will be attending to show support for this important fundraiser.
The Faulkner Garden plays a crucial role in PERENNIALS, and the New Albany Garden Club has worked diligently and selflessly to create this sacred space. Please come enjoy this special event.
